Evertek & N.E.T. offers Technical Support 24 hours a day/7 days a week including holidays.

Our same technical support staff is here to assist our customers during normal hours, but when we are not, we want our customers to be able to reach someone when they have a problem.

The company we contracted is based in Iowa. We chose this company based on their experience in working with the type of systems we use, as well as the ability to utilize our own in house ticketing system which will maintain consistent documentation to better serve the customer.

Keeping the business in Iowa is important to our local economies and the hard work ethic of our state.
