ebilling & Payments
Enjoy the ease and convenience of eBilling. This online service provides the availability to manage your account any time of the day or night.
Our ebill platform allows you to set up your profile, where you can:
Review your monthly invoice
Pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Electronic Check, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Venmo, Goole Pay & Apple Pay
Set up automatic or scheduled payments or one-time quick payments without registration
Your ebill account will start to store your past bills and payment history
You can get notifications for payments and due dates
Customers without an ebill account can make payments, using online and pay by phone options (see below)
Our ebill vendor charges $2.95 for all payment options, for both ebill account holders and guests. If you want to avoid a fee, contact our office to sign up for ACH payments from your bank account at no charge.
To Register for ebilling
Click on the button, corresponding to the company you receive your bill from - ‘ebilling for Evertek’ or ‘ebilling for N.E.T. Broadband’. You will need a valid email address, contact info and provide answers to 2 security questions. If you want to bypass registering an account, and make a one-time payment, you just need your account number & payment information.
From the Login screen, choose ‘Register Now’ to setup your new account
Complete the ‘New Account Information’. Your Login ID is your email address.
Once you’re in Customer Portal, click ‘Add Account’.
Add your account number (found on your bill - excluding the leading zero). Check the box ‘I agree to the Payment Authorization Terms’ and click ‘Add Account’.
You have the option to add multiple accounts if needed such as paying a personal and a business account. Like the old eBill platform, you will need to add your payment method to your wallet before a payment can be made. If you try to pay a bill without adding a payment method to the wallet, the portal would alert you to add a payment method first.
Choose the amount of payment you want to make, payment date (Now or Later) and your Payment Method.
One-Time Online Payments without Setting Up an Account
If you would like to make a one-time online payment, without setting up an account, choose ‘ebilling from Evertek’ or ‘ebilling from N.E.T Broadband’, then click on the ‘Pay Now’ button rather then clicking ‘Login’.
Add your account number and choose ‘Remember my accounts on this device’ if you don’t want to add it in the future.
One-Time Call-In Payments
If you would like to make a payment via phone, please call 1-833-894-0950 (Evertek Customers) or 1-833-894-0953 (NET Broadband Customers). There is a $2.95 fee to make these payments. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, & Electronic check.
Call-In Payments with your Bank Account (ACH)
To avoid payment fees contact our office by calling 712-834-2255 during normal business hours to sign up for ACH payments, from your bank account, at no charge.
Mail-in Payments
Payments via Cash & Check are still accepted with no fees. Payments can be mailed to PO BOX 270 Everly, IA 51338
