Ping Instructions

Occasionally it might be necessary for Evertek Tech Support to have you run a ping test on your computer to help diagnose a problem.

Locate the Windows button on your keyboard. Hold down the key & at the same time the R key. This will bring up the box below. Type cmd in the open line & click OK button.

The box below is now visible. The Tech Support member will now instruct you on the next step.
